More often than not, we come across movies in Bollywood that are either inspired by Hollywood or copied entirely from there. But did you know that there are multiples movies that Hollywood has copied from Bollywood? Here is a list of five such movies.

1. A Common Man (2013)/ A Wednesday (2008)

The 2013 Ben Kingsley starrer was heavily inspired by the 2008 Naseeruddin Shah starrer A Wednesday that released in 2008.

2. Delivery Man (2013) Vicky Donor (2012)

In the bigger picture, the plot of the movie might look quite different, but the primary idea that Vince Vaughn's sperm donations fathered 533 kids draws a very similar parallel to Ayushmann Khuranna's character being the father to 53 kids in the movie.

3. Darr (1993)/ Fear (1996)

This Shahrukh Khan, Juhi Chawla, and Sunny Deol starring thriller is still etched in everyone's memory. The movie has been adapted to be a Hollywood movie by James Foley in his American thriller.

4. Sangam(1964)/ Pearl Harbour (2001)

Even though Pearl Habour is said to be a movie about a major historic moment, when you watch it, it seems like it is a story about a love triange rather than a historic masterpiece as it claimed to be. The plot between Sangam and Pearl Harbour seems fairly similar and the only difference being that Sangam has one friendly pilot and the Hollywood counterpart has two.

5. Maine Pyar Kyun Kia(2005)/ Just Go With It(2011)

This 2005 Salman Khan, Sushmita Sen, and Katrina Kaif starring movie has been adapted as the 2011 Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler starrer movie which was also hugely successful.
